Support, Documentation & Answers When You Need Them
From machine selection to daily operation — find answers to the most common questions about ordering, shipping, installation, training, warranty and after-sales support.
How do I choose the right laser power for my materials?
Laser power depends on your material type, thickness and cutting speed targets. As a rule of thumb: 1,500W–3,000W for thin sheets up to 6mm, 6,000W–12,000W for common fabrication up to 25mm carbon steel, and 20,000W–60,000W for heavy plate. Send us your material list and we will recommend the right power.
What working area (table size) do I need?
The table must fit your largest standard sheet. Common sizes are 3,000×1,500mm, 4,000×2,000mm and 6,000×2,500mm; ground-rail machines handle oversized plates up to 12.2m. Custom working areas are available.
Can I cut both sheet and tube with one machine?
Yes — our SV-PT plate & tube integrated machines combine a dual exchange platform with pneumatic chucks, switching between sheet and tube in minutes.
Can you test-cut my materials before I buy?
Yes. We provide free sample cutting on your actual materials — tell us the material, thickness and target part, and we will send the cut samples back to you before you commit.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Of course. We welcome factory visits — you can see our 20,000+ m² facility, watch machines run and test your parts on site. Video tours are also available for remote customers.
What is your MOQ?
One machine is our minimum order. We also supply spare parts and consumables in any quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer is standard; other terms can be discussed per order. A quotation with full terms is provided before any commitment.
How is the machine shipped and how long does it take?
Machines ship by sea, air, land or railway depending on your location and urgency. Typical sea freight to major ports takes 15–40 days; delivery time to your factory varies by destination and final customs clearance.
Is the machine protected during shipping?
Machines are professionally packed with moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging and are insured during transport. We coordinate the full logistics chain with a professional team.
Who installs the machine?
Our engineers guide installation online step by step, or travel to your site for full installation and commissioning (arranged per order). We also provide the water, electricity and gas site layout plan before installation.
Do you provide operator training?
Yes — training covers operation, safety standards, daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting, with operation manuals and video tutorials included. Your operators can work independently after training.
What does the warranty cover?
1-year warranty on the machine. Core components (laser source, cutting head, chiller) can be extended to 2–3 years per the manufacturer’s policy. Wear parts such as nozzles, protective lenses and ceramic rings are excluded from warranty by industry standard.
What if the machine has a problem after installation?
Contact us anytime — our 7×24 online support performs remote diagnostics via TeamViewer/WhatsApp. Regular maintenance reminders, free software upgrades and on-site service are available when needed.
Can I order spare parts later?
Yes. We supply genuine consumables and spare parts across 8 categories with quotation within 24 hours and global express delivery.
