Quality Assurance

Quality is not a final inspection — it is built into every stage, from the raw steel that arrives at our plant to the test cut before a machine ships.

Incoming material inspection
01

Incoming Inspection

Every batch of steel and core component is checked against specification before it enters production.

Segmented welding of the bed
02

Segmented Welding

The bed is welded in controlled sections to manage stress and build the mortise-and-tenon structure.

Thermal aging of the bed
03

Thermal Aging

The welded bed undergoes thermal aging to release internal stress and prevent later deformation.

Gantry milling of mounting surfaces
04

Gantry Milling

Mounting surfaces are precision-milled in one setup to guarantee flatness and alignment.

Guide rail installation
05

Guide Rail Installation

Heavy-duty guide rails are installed and measured to hold the ±0.02mm/m accuracy class.

Rack and pinion installation
06

Rack & Pinion Installation

The transmission is fitted and aligned for smooth, backlash-free high-speed motion.

Whole machine inspection
07

Whole-Machine Inspection

Each completed machine is checked across geometry, electricals, gas and safety systems.

Max-speed test run
08

Max-Speed Test Run

A full-speed dry run and trial cut confirm stability and cut quality before delivery.

Engineering That Stays Accurate

The SV-GH series uses an approximately 2.6-tonne mortise-and-tenon welded bed, while the SV-G series runs on No.35 heavy-duty guide rails with 1300W dual-Y motors. Together they sustain high-speed cutting without deformation over the long term.
