The SV-D Series is a fully enclosed gantry fiber laser cutting machine built around a pull-type double exchange worktable. While one table is being cut inside the enclosure, the second is loaded outside it, so the beam keeps working through every material change.

Pull-type Double Exchange Worktable

While one table is being cut inside the enclosure, the second is loaded outside it. The pull-type mechanism swaps the two in seconds, so the laser keeps working through every material change with zero idle time.

Gantry dual-drive, a fully welded bed and gear-rack transmission hold ±0.02mm/m repeated positioning accuracy. Clean, vertical cuts are formed in one step, removing secondary processes and shortening lead times.
